BVI – Facts, Funds & Food: A Review of the Reporting Challenges Under SFTR

Frankfurt, Germany

CSS will give you an introduction to SFTR and its challenges. It is known that SFTR is a complex regime and compliance with SFTR reporting requirements will present a number of operational and data challenges, but wherein do they lie? Together with our partner REGIS-TR we will give you an introduction to SFTR and its challenges. We will address the following questions and more:

  • What are the ESMA requirements?
  • Which implications does SFTR have on other reporting regimes and what are the similarities?
  • In Europe there is no standard for how SFTs are traded; how will this be affected by SFTR?
  • In discussions relating to SFTR ‘Data’ is the most commonly used word, why is Data such a big topic around SFTR?
